● SAMPLE

Q: How and where can I get a sample?

A: If we already have a dealer or an agent in your area, you can contact them for sample.

If there are no importers in your area or you prefer to get sample from us directly, you can pay the sample cost and or the freight cost to us, then we can arrange the sample within one week.

● CATALOGUE & PRICE LIST

Q: Can we get your catalogue and price list?

A: Yes, we can post the catalogue to you. And we usually send clients an electric version of catalogue via e-mail since the paper catalogue is most often out of date comparing to our developing speed for new products.

We can e-mail or fax you price list provided that you tell us what model of products you are most interested in.

Q: If we want to be an Exclusive agent or distributor in our country or sate, how shall we do?

A: We are currently looking for agents and sales representitive offices overseas. If anyone want to be an exclusive agent/dealer, he/she is certainly welcome to contact us directly for more details.

Q: If we order your products, can we make our own logo using our brand name?

A: Yes, we can use your name or logo. If you have your own design, that's perfect; if you do not have your design, we can design for you.

● PAYMENT TERMS

Q: Which Payment Terms can we use?

A: You can pay to us via the following ways,

1) T/T----Telegraphic Transfer, you can wire the money to us via your local international bank, that's fast and easy. Our usual payment term is 30% as deposit, balance paid before shipment for our old customers; 100% TT in advance is for the new customers for small orders.

2) L/C----Letter of Credit at sight.

● DELIVERY TIME

Q: How long can we get the cargo once we confirm the order?

A: Our usual delivery time is 20-30 days.

We will prepare material and arrange production once after the order is confirmed and we get your deposit or full payment.

● M.O.Q (Minimum Order Quantity)

Q: About MOQ what is the minimum order quantity?

A: Our usual mini order is a full container (20'FCL or 40'FCL), but if the client is the 1st time to cooperate with us, we can accept an order by mixing several models for some of the goods in one container.

Q: What's your warranty?

A: We provide 3 months or 1 years warranty against delivery and we warrant any products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
